A Full-System Repair, Done Once.
The core challenge of this project was the transition from a traditional living space to a high-efficiency gas heating zone. We managed the end-to-end technical scope: precision gas line plumbing, structural floor reinforcement for the hearth pad, and a specialized “Direct-Vent” system through the roofline. By handling the structural penetration ourselves, we guaranteed a 100% moisture-proof and airtight seal, eliminating the risk of drafts or leaks that often follow amateur installations.

Our team installed a premium, high-output freestanding gas fireplace featuring an advanced ceramic glass face for superior heat transfer. The installation included a custom-designed hearth assembly, a dedicated B-vent/Direct-vent transition, and a professional-grade exterior storm cap designed to withstand the PNW’s heavy rain and wind. The result is a clean-burning, low-maintenance heating system that provides both emergency backup heat and everyday luxury.
